The Favourites (Summer) series Part III: Eye make up

I've always been an eye make up girl, long before I ever discovered the awesomeness of lipsticks. I must admit I haven't done any crazy eye make up lately, probably due to work - I've seem to have gotten a bit lazy as it comes to my own make up. Now I must say, I would never go out without any eye make up, I always use at least two eyeshadows, an eyeliner and a mascara. Otherwise it seems like I have no eyes.

Make Up Store eyelash curler: I advise everyone to stay away from cheap eyelash curlers and buy one from MUS, M.A.C., Shu Uemura (duh) or Nars. They make a big difference.
NARS Smudgeproof Eyeshadow Base: I do feel like this product is more of a primer than a base, but really, I love this stuff, it beats all those overhyped products like UDPP (which I never liked anyway) or Too Faced Shadow Insurance.
M.A.C. Paint in Untitled: my second tube of this little eye make up saver. I prefer Paints over Paintpots anytime and this colour works with all eyeshadows.
Make Up Store eyeshadow in Old Gold: Just a very lovely shade that works great with the colour of my eyes and it has the softest texture.
NARS eyeshadow duos in Alhambra and Mélusine: These colours are just amazing, I fell in love with NARS eyeshadow! They are equal - or dare I even say better? - in quality as M.A.C. although their colour&texture range should expand in my opinion. Alhambra duo can easily be duped the M.A.C. eyeshadows Naked Lunch and Arena.
M.A.C. e/s in Brule and Dazzlelight: I first bought Brule with the Cham Pale collection that came out around Christmas (in a quad, of which the other 3 colours are horrible quality) and I've almost used it up completely, so I bought a second Brule as a refill for my palette. I use it every day. And Dazzlelight, oh Dazzlelight. The most beautiful highlight for the eyes I've ever come across.
M.A.C. Mineralize eyeshadow in Smoked Ruby: Of course, this had to be in here. Surprisingly I adore this shade mostly as an eyeliner (winged out), so so so pretty!
M.A.C. Prep+prime lash and Splashproof mascara: I've talked about this combo before and really, I'm never going back to nonwaterproof mascaras ever again. This combo just works amazingly for my eyelashes, I love M.A.C. mascara!
