a first post deserves a special subject, so I'm going to start off with one of my favourite things in the whole world: M.A.C. Cosmetics!
I own a few M.A.C. products so this is going to be a review about them, and I'll tell about my other make up too.
pictures from my daily make up:

1. M.A.C. Studio Sculpt SPF 15 Foundation:
I have this really long history when it comes to foundations, I have probably used every cheap foundation from my local kruidvat store. I never had one that would stay stuck on my face for a whole day. about 9 months ago I decided to buy this foundation, I think it costs about 35euros and damn, is it worth the money! it's supereasy to bring on your face, with your hands or a good M.A.C. brush. you only have to use a little bit of it (and I always mix it with Nivea Soft creme! everyone should do that) so I have to admit, I'm still using that first tube I bought 9 months ago, isn't that AMAZING?! oh and, I also use the lightest colour they have, I think it's number is NW15.

2. M.A.C. Mineralize Skinfinish Natural Powder:
same story as with the foundation, I have been looking my whole life for a good powder to finish my facial make up. and I found it! the powder is perfect to put over the foundation, makes my face look flawless and stays on my face for hourssss! I also use a M.A.C. brush to put it on & I have the lightest colour. this has been my second powder since I bought my first one about 9 months ago (and I use it EVERY day!), so over all, M.A.C.'s not that expensive at all, because you can use the products for months. it's the same as buying 5 cheap ones. this powder costed about 30 or 35euros I think.

3. M.A.C. Powder Blush Pinch O' Peach:
I have only used two cheap blushes before, which weren't that bad but this one from M.A.C is definitly the best I've ever had. it stays on for a really long time and gives you this healthy cute blush, I have the cutest pink colour ever called Pinch O' Peach. I'm thinking about also buying one in a more orange tone, for a more natural look. it costs around 20euros I think, and I'm still using my first one.
4. M.A.C. Prep + Prime Lash:
number 5 will be all about how M.A.C. mascara is the best fucking thing ever, but seriously, this primer makes it even better! it's amazing how much this white thingie can make a huge difference on your eyelashes. TRY IT! It's seriously worth spending money on, and a mascara and primer costs 28euros together, which is not that expensive at all, in my opinion, for what is the best thing that could ever happen to your eyelashes. Buy it, everybody will tell you how amazing your eyes look. (P.S. my primer looks so dirty on the picture! haha)
5. M.A.C. Zoom Lash Black:
I've already said it, best thing that could ever happen to your eyelashes. best mascara ever! I've got this extra black one (Zoom Fast Black Lash) waiting for me, and I think it's going to be even more dramatic than this one already was. I love it! and I advise everyone to buy it. (oh! it's not waterproof though, so try not to cry! ;) If you use mascara every day like I do, you will have to buy a new one + primer every 3 months.
6. M.A.C. Select Cover-Up NW15:
first concealer I've ever used and it creates miracles under my eyes! lightens up and makes my skin look flawless. easy to bring on with your finger ("push" it a little bit under your eyes) and finish with the powder. Still using the first one I bought!
7. M.A.C. Liquid Last Eyeliner:
it's true what they say. you can go swimming with this eyeliner on your eyes and it won't disappear. I tried it - no way you can get it off. you have so rub the skin around your eyes open with really good eyemake up remover. it's a really good eyeliner but since it's so hard to get it off, I don't use it every day. also, when you make a mistake with it, hard to correct it... it's just too good, haha. costs around 15euros I think!
8. M.A.C. Powder brush:
really awesome brush! I use it to bring on my mineral powder and it does what it has to do. the hairs are really soft. wash this brush at least once a week with warm water & soap (that's what they told me at the store!)
9. Hema brush:
This is just a cheap brush from Hema that I use to put on my blush. it's a good brush. I don't think it's necessary to buy expensive brushes.
10. The Body Shop Liquid Eyeliner Black:
awesome eyeliner, really. easy to put on & stays in place for at least a few hours. costs 10euros.
Not on the first picture: M.A.C. Eyeshadow X 4:
I am in love with "smokey eyes" so one day I decided to go to the M.A.C. store in Brussels with Louise and we got our own personal eyeshadow palet made! They put four eyeshadows together and they are perfect for my eyecolour! Looks really hot on me I think haha. I've only used it a few times for special occasions though :) but it's great, stays in place and has nice texture etc. I love it! You have to start with the white colour, put in over your whole eyelid, and then use the darker colours on top of it, kinda mix it, and I put the "golden" one under my eye too. It's expensive though, 50euros for the palet, but I bought it with my Christmas money haha :) although I think you can do a pretty nice job for smokey eyes with cheaper eyeshadow too!
As you can see, I'm a huge M.A.C. Cosmetics fan, simply because it's the best for my skin and how I want to look. If you're young and prepared to spend a little bit extra money on your make up, I advise you to use M.A.C.
See you later!
xoxo
