june 9th.

I was kinda surprised to find a new, nice eye cream so quickly since I started looking for one. I have never actually bought anything from L'Occitane before. It was the first time I went there, there was a really sweet girl working. Wasn't sure wether or not L'Occitane tests on animals so I asked. Apparently they do not! So I could just buy products there :) I told the girl I was looking for an eye cream. She suggested another one first, but it was more of a gel. And I truely hate gels, also for moisturizers. I hate the feel of it. And I need a more moisturising eye cream anyway.

So let's take a look.

The packaging. I'm not a fan of jars at all, they're not the most hygienic so I always prefer tubes. But thick moisturizing creams never seem to be in tubes, so I guess I'll just have to use my spatula every day. The jar is made of glass, which is also quite dangerous for me cause I tend to drop everything I ever touch. I do like the lettering on the packaging. The screw on top doesn't screw on that well though, just sayin'.

The product. Unless the packaging is super annoying I don't really mind as long as the product is good. And I think it is. It's a thick cream, although it somehow feels like a mousse. I'm loving the texture! It moisturises really well too (shea butter <3). I guess I'm satisfied with this product! I'd definitely buy it again. Now let's hope L'Occitane doesn't discontinue it. (Yes M.A.C., I'm looking at you!)
